MICOP40: Compact Measuring Instrument
A compact device allowing for measuring coplanarity easily.
The coplanarity and stand-off of various IC-PKG leads can be measured easily and quickly using a prism mechanism and micrometer. This light weighted device can be easily carried for easy operations.
EASY SET: ME-25 Electrode Holder
This is a set of electrodes and holder for die sinking electric discharge machines, featuring a 3-shaft independent adjustment mechanism.
Allows for easy fine-adjustments with a micrometer. Three axes, X, Y and Z, operate independently for electrode adjustments, leading to the reduction of preparation time.
ML-REFORMER: IC Lead Modification Device
A compact desktop device to modify various leads.
This device is used to correct the bending of a lead or improper coplanarity that occurred during production before shipping products. An item for processing can be installed or replaced on the device quickly within two minutes. The stand-off can be set easily by replacing the stopper gauge supplied with the device.

Desktop Micro Electric Discharge Machine
A die sinking electric discharge machine with high cost performance.
This device allows for micro-level processes that were not possible before. It can drill holes of 20 μm or more in diameter into hardened steel or super hard materials. On-machine forming of electrodes is also possible, helping performing higher precision processes.
Hand Puncher: Compact Cutting Tool
A hand puncher for cutting operations, handy like a stapler.
It is usually used for the processing of semiconductor TCPs. Both die and punch are made of super hard material. It has high precision clearance, providing good cutting.
