Inquiry from custome
We identify details through interviews with the customer.
Quotation to custome
After technical discussions, we provide our quotation including drawings.
Formal order from customer
After receiving a formal order, we provide a detailed time schedule and product specifications.
Design and production
Technical meetings are held as needed. Information on progress status is regularly provided to the customer and the time schedule is adjusted if necessary.
Evaluation of product by customer at our factory
Prior to delivery, the customer visits our factory to check if the product meets agreed specifications.
Delivery
On-site evaluation by us
We visit the customer's factory to ensure that the product functions properly in the presence of the customer.
Acceptance
If no problems are determined by the on-site evaluation, the customer accepts the product.
