| May 1974 | MICRO RESEARCH CO., Ltd. was established with the capital of 4 million yen. |

| January 1978 | Head office factory was moved to the location at 416, Shimongatamachi, Hachioji, and capital was increased to 10 million yen. |
| September 1978 | MICRO RESEARCH CO., Ltd. was established by reorganization. |
| June 1980 | Capital was increased to 15 million yen. |
| April 1981 | Primary factory was established and capital was increased to 30 million yen. |
| April 1982 | Capital was increased to 50 million yen. |
| December 1984 | Capital was increased to 100 million yen. |
| March 1985 | The primary factory was expanded. |
| April 1988 | The operations in the head office factory were transferred and integrated into the primary factory. |
| January 1990 | Capital was increased to 109 million yen. |
| July 1992 | MIYAGI MICRO RESEARCH CO., Ltd. was established. |
| May 1994 | Wuxi Micro Research Limited Company (China) was established. |
